About the Job
Choicetech Systems is seeking an experienced MIS Executive to support organizational operations through structured data management, reporting, and analytics. This role plays a critical part in enabling informed decision-making by delivering timely, accurate, and insight-driven reports and dashboards.
The MIS Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to track performance metrics, manage operational data, ensure data integrity, and improve reporting processes. The position requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large datasets in a structured and confidential manner.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for operations and management
• Track productivity, performance metrics, and operational KPIs
• Maintain and reconcile inventory and operational data records
• Perform data validation, cleaning, reconciliation, and quality checks
• Maintain centralized master databases and ensure data accuracy
• Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards using reporting tools
• Analyze trends and highlight performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Support grievance, escalation, and ticketing system reporting
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with internal policies
• Assist during audits, inspections, and management reviews
• Identify opportunities for report automation and process optimization

Qualifications
• Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in MIS reporting, analytics, or data management roles
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF functions, charts, data validation)
• Experience handling large datasets with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with data validation techniques and reporting automation
• Basic understanding of databases or SQL is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment
