About the job
Choicetech Systems is seeking a Project Support Executive to provide operational and technical coordination support across business functions. The role involves acting as a central point of communication between field teams and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in technical support, service desk operations, or project coordination. This position requires strong follow-up skills, data handling capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a structured and deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities
• Provide first-level technical and operational support to field teams
• Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, and system usage
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational and technical concerns
• Follow up on daily and weekly activity reports from field staff
• Collect, verify, and consolidate operational data for reporting purposes
• Maintain issue logs, documentation, and structured records
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and standard operating procedures
• Support audits, internal reviews, and compliance checks
• Manage inbound queries and ensure timely resolution
• Assist in preparing summary reports and performance trackers

Qualifications
• Graduate or Diploma holder (IT / Computer Applications preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in technical support, service desk, or project coordination roles
• Working knowledge of basic software applications and computer systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office for reporting and data management
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines
• Experience handling inbound calls or support queries is preferred
